New in Truto: Sales intelligence, enrichment, and connections that fail early instead of late

This week is about sales intelligence. Seven new integrations arrived, and the Unified Enrichment API gained person and company resources across four providers. Sage Intacct picked up a large set of new Unified Accounting API methods, ManageEngine Endpoint Central joined the Unified MDM API, and integrations that can't connect are now refused before your end users ever try them. On top of that, we shipped 12 new AI-ready integrations and a round of reliability fixes for sync jobs and sign-in.

• Etsy OAuth connections now work, and Etsy users without a shop can connect.
• 52 new Lusha endpoints, Cognism search filters and tracked companies, and new RocketReach lookup and verification endpoints.
• Clearer connection errors for Datadog and 15Five, Outlook Calendar returns an empty list for users with no mailbox, and Snowflake key pair connections no longer need a Static Gate.

Unified MDM API: ManageEngine Endpoint Central

ManageEngine Endpoint Central is now available on the Unified MDM API. This is a new integration for Endpoint Central Cloud, separate from the existing ManageEngine MDM integration, with devices list and get.

Unified Accounting API: Sage Intacct

🔐 Unconnectable OAuth integrations are refused early

Some integrations need your own OAuth app (client ID and secret) before anyone can connect. When that app isn't set up, Truto used to show your end user a warning and let the connection fail. Now the connection is stopped earlier, where someone can fix it.

• Link token: POST /link-token returns 400 with truto_error_code: app_credentials_not_configured when the integration's only auth methods need your own app and none is set up. The error reaches your developers, not your end users. This also applies to re-authorizing an affected account.
• Integration list: when a link token doesn't name an integration, integrations that can't connect are hidden from the end user's list, so there's nothing to click that will fail.
• OAuth and API key integrations (like Intercom): the link token still works, but the OAuth option isn't offered, so the end user connects with an API key. auth_format=oauth2 is ignored when OAuth isn't available.
• Dashboard: you still see the warning, with a link to add your OAuth credentials.

If credentials are removed after the connect page has already loaded, your end user sees an error page that names your brand and asks them to contact you, instead of being sent to the provider.

The beta alert and the RapidForm error screen now use your brand name too, instead of pointing end users at a support team they can't reach.

🔄 Sync Jobs

A long sync job run no longer loses its progress and starts again from page one when our database has a short hiccup. The run waits, tries again, and continues from where it left off.

• Restarting a run in the middle of a page no longer makes the new run skip its first page.
• A run whose status can't be read for 3 hours now ends as failed, with the reason, instead of hanging.

⚙️ Platform Improvements

Sign-in

Signing in with Google, GitHub, or Microsoft no longer ends on "Invalid state" when the browser repeats the sign-in (seen on Opera for Android). The repeat now lands on the same 2FA page.

🔄 Integration Improvements

• Etsy: OAuth connections now work. Etsy needs the app's keystring and shared secret on every call, and Truto now sends them from the OAuth app the account connected with. Save the shared secret as the app's client secret; it stays hidden. Etsy users without a shop can now connect too.
• Lusha: 52 new endpoints from Lusha's V3 API, including lookalikes, buying group, signals, ICP fit, website visitors, contact and company tables, and webhook subscriptions.
• Cognism: Search filters now reach Cognism (before, they were dropped). New endpoints to list, add, and remove tracked companies.
• RocketReach: New endpoints for bulk lookup, combined person and company lookup, email verification, and account details.
• Outlook Calendar: Listing calendars for a user with no Exchange mailbox (guests, unlicensed users, people who left) now returns an empty list instead of a 404 error.
• 15Five: The API key is now checked when you connect. A wrong key fails right away with a 401, instead of creating an account that doesn't work.
• Datadog: A wrong Application key now gets a clear error: "Unauthorized: invalid Datadog Application key. Create a new key, copy the full key value, and reconnect." The account's last error shows the same message.
• Snowflake: Key pair connections no longer need a Static Gate. It's optional now.
