Overview
How Truto worked with 15Five
The challenge
15Five needed data from the tools teams work in every day. Another platform it explored couldn't keep track of changes across a whole company's calendars from one admin connection. Truto demoed it 2 days after 15Five asked.
What Truto did
A dedicated Truto engineer, backed by Truto's team, built each integration to 15Five's spec in a shared Slack channel, landing every tool's data in 15Five's own storage in the same layout.
The result
15Five released its first batch of integrations publicly at its 15Five Next event in June. The data feeds 15Five's AI features for managers and performance reviews. Since then, Truto has added AI usage analytics from Claude, Cursor and Codex, call and meeting notes from Gong and Granola, and history backfills for 16 integrations.
